1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Worlds Travel LLC's flight booking services, whether you contact us by phone, email, or through this website. By requesting a quote, making a booking, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Who we are

Worlds Travel LLC is an independent, IATA & CLIA accredited Online Travel Agency (OTA). We are not an airline, and we are not associated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent for any specific airline brand. We act as an intermediary, researching and booking flights on your behalf across more than 100 airlines.

3. Making a booking

When you contact us to book a flight, an agent will search available fares, present options, and confirm pricing verbally or in writing before taking payment. A booking is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation number and itinerary from us or the operating airline.

• You are responsible for providing accurate passenger names exactly as they appear on government-issued identification.
• You are responsible for reviewing your itinerary — including dates, times, and routing — before confirming.
• Fare quotes are subject to availability and can change until a booking is fully ticketed.

4. Fares, taxes & service fees

The total price of a booking consists of the airline's published fare, applicable government and airport taxes, and a service fee charged by Worlds Travel LLC for our booking and support services. A standard service fee of $50 USD applies to most confirmed bookings, though the exact amount will always be disclosed and confirmed with you before payment is taken.

Service fees are earned for the agent's time and are generally non-refundable once a booking is confirmed, even if the underlying flight is later changed or cancelled, except as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Payment & authorization

Payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize Worlds Travel LLC to charge the disclosed total, including the airline fare, taxes, and service fee.

We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems beyond what is required to process your transaction and in accordance with applicable payment security standards.

6. Changes, cancellations & upgrades

Requests to change dates, cancel a booking, or upgrade a seat are subject to the operating airline's own fare rules and change policies, which vary by airline and fare class. Worlds Travel LLC will disclose any airline-imposed change or cancellation fee, along with any applicable service fee for processing the request, before the change is submitted.

We do not control, and cannot waive, fees that are set and collected by the airline.

7. Travel documents & requirements

You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold valid passports, visas, and any other travel documents required for your itinerary, and for meeting any health, entry, or transit requirements of your destination or connecting countries. Worlds Travel LLC is not liable for denied boarding or entry resulting from missing or invalid travel documents.

8. Airline terms take priority

Each flight is provided and operated by the airline that sells the ticket, and is subject to that airline's own conditions of carriage, baggage policy, and fare rules. In the event of a conflict between these terms and the operating airline's conditions of carriage, the airline's conditions of carriage govern the flight itself.

9. Limitation of liability

Worlds Travel LLC acts as a booking intermediary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or service failures of any airline, government authority, or third party involved in your travel. Our liability, where it exists, is limited to the service fee paid to Worlds Travel LLC for the specific booking in question.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purpose, including providing false passenger information, attempting to circumvent airline fare rules, or using another person's payment method without authorization.

11. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your booking will first be addressed through direct communication with our support team before pursuing formal proceedings.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
