Flight booking FAQ
Do I pay a fee on top of the airline fare?
A standard $50 USD service fee applies to most confirmed bookings, covering the agent's research and booking time. It's quoted before payment, alongside the airline's fare and taxes.
Can I book for more than one passenger?
Yes. Tell your agent the number of travelers and any special requirements, such as seating together or assistance needs, and they'll price the full itinerary.
Whose fare rules apply once I book?
The operating airline's fare rules, baggage policy, and conditions of carriage apply to your ticket. Your agent explains the relevant rules before you pay.
Can I book outside normal business hours?
Yes. Agents are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
